Delivery is free if you spent £ 600 +

If you spent less than £ 600- flat rate of £ 60 will be added.

Delivery is guaranteed to be on the 5-working day. That is because we are wholesale suppliers and coordinate weekly in advance stock needs with suppliers and partner merchants, for example your delivery will be often made directly from manufacture ( large quantity of timber, plasterboards etc.) and that needs to be planned in advance.

For example, if you pay for your order on Monday between 8am and 6pm ( our working hours), your materials will be arriving on Friday between 8am and 5pm guaranteed.

Once you order is placed, we will call or email you to discuss exact day for your convenience.

We will also text or call you 1 hours before lorry arrives to your site.

Delivery times are Monday to Friday ( except for public bank holidays) between 8am and 5pm.

We can deliver everywhere in London area and Home Counties.

We offer kerbside Delivery: For larger items, including pallet deliveries, goods will be unloaded at the nearest reasonable access point on the kerb outside your property. This is due to insurance and safety regulations that prevent hauliers from entering private property.

Access Restrictions: You must inform us in advance of any access restrictions, such as red routes or narrow roads. Failure to do so may result in the haulier sending a too large vehicle, including articulated lorries. We aim to accommodate all requests for customers.

You must ensure sufficient workers and equipment (such as a forklift if necessary) are available to help offload and move goods from the kerb into your property or building site. Some large or heavy items (e.g., sheet materials, timber, appliances) may require at least two people.

Redelivery Charges: If the delivery fails due to the lack of assistance at the time of delivery, or no one being present on delivery, additional redelivery charge of £ 60 will be asked to pay.

You can cancel your delivery free of charge 2 working days before delivery date. We will reimburse your order within 5 working days using the same method you paid us.
